Here's a quick and easy guide on how to make a delicious Churro Cheesecake in under an hour!
Ingredients:
- 2 (8 oz) bars of cream cheese
- 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Crescent Roll Flat Sheet
- Vanilla extract (to taste)
- Cinnamon (to taste)
- White sugar (to taste)
- 4 eggs
- Butter for greasing the pan
- An oven-safe container
- Cut strawberries (for toppings + to taste)
- Cajeta (for toppings + to taste)
Note: Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for the best results.
Instructions:
- Prepare the Over: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Prepare the Pan: Grease your oven-safe container with butter. This will help prevent your cheesecake from sticking to the pan.
- Add Flavor: Sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar in the greased pan, adjusting the amount to your preference.
- Layer the Crescent Roll: Take half of the Crescent Roll Sheet and fit it into the bottom of the pan. You may need to cut it so it fits your pan better.
- Make the Filling: Blend the cream cheese, condensed milk, and eggs until smooth. Add vanilla extract to taste for extra flavor.
- Combine Layers: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Crescent Roll layer in the pan. Then, place the remaining half of the Crescent Roll Sheet on top of the filling.
- Finish with Cinnamon and Sugar: Sprinkle more cinnamon and sugar on top for that churro-like finish.
- Bake: Bake the cheesecake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
