Broken Prayers is not responsible for any delays by UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
Any products ordered alongside pre-ordered products will be shipped all at once once the pre-ordered products are ready.
Currently, we only ship within the USA. We hope to provide shipping to the rest of the world soon!
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change due to international currency exchange rates. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for any customs fees for their country when applicable.
Shipping Time: We are eager for you to receive and enjoy our products! Please allow 5-7 business days to process and deliver orders. During busy seasons such as holidays and big sales, please expect a 2-3 day additional delay on orders.
You can track your physical items orders once they are processed!
Digital Items should be received and ready to download within the same day of purchase to the email provided during checkout.
Lost Packages
Broken Prayers is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a package is marked “Delivered,” please first check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address was correct, contact your local post office responsible for delivering the package (found on the tracking page). After explaining your situation to them, they can assist you in tracking down your package.
