Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are based on location.

Broken Prayers is not responsible for any delays by UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Any products ordered alongside pre-ordered products will be shipped all at once once the pre-ordered products are ready.

Currently, we only ship within the USA. We hope to provide shipping to the rest of the world soon! 

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change due to international currency exchange rates. Shipping costs are non­refundable. Customers are responsible for any customs fees for their country when applicable.

Shipping Time

We are eager for you to receive and enjoy our products! Please allow 5-7 business days to process and deliver orders. During busy seasons such as holidays and big sales, please expect a 2-3 day additional delay on orders.

You can track your physical items orders once they are processed! 

Digital Items should be received and ready to download within the same day of purchase.  

Lost Packages

Broken Prayers is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a package is marked “Delivered,” please first check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address was correct, contact your local post office responsible for delivering the package (found on the tracking page). After explaining your situation to them, they can assist you in tracking down your package.

Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a return requires the item to be unused and in the same condition received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several goods, such as Gift Cards and online downloads, are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
– Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be reimbursed automatically to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund appears.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at contact@brokenprayers.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot receive a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@brokenprayers.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. We will send a gift certificate after receiving the item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver, and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to us.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
